What we can and cannot do

We will correct anything you can show

Address, phone, website, brands, services, coverage, a name change, a closure. If the evidence checks out the listing changes, usually within a few days.

We will remove a listing on request

If you would rather not be in the directory at all, say so and you are out. We will not ask you to justify it.

We will not add a brand without proof

A brand tag means a manufacturer or your own site says you stock it. That is the whole value of the directory to a reader, so it is the one thing we cannot take on trust.

Placement is not for sale

Ordering comes from evidence tier and location, never from payment, and no correction changes where you appear. How the site is paid for.
